All About Me
Hi, I’m Anna! 📚✨ A 23-year-old book lover, adventure seeker, and proud Sheffield lass who swapped the 9-5 life for something a little more magical—Wandering with Words.
Books have always been my happy place. I struggled a lot at school, and it was through reading that I found my comfort. It all started with Jacqueline Wilson, whose stories transported me to places where I could escape, learn, and just breathe. Since then, books have been my constant source of comfort, inspiration, and joy.
I studied Law at uni, worked in travel, and spent years exploring the world, but I always came back to the comfort of a good book. Stories have this incredible way of transporting us, teaching us, and making us feel less alone, and I truly believe reading can do wonders for our mental well-being.
So, I took a leap, left my job, and created Wandering with Words—a book subscription and community built on the joy of pre-loved books, meaningful conversations, and cosy, feel-good reading moments. Whether you’re a lifelong bookworm or just getting started, I’m so excited to have you here.
